The Machine on the Factory Floor

The photo shows the machine as supplied: top-mounted warp beams feeding four guide bars, EL pattern drive, and the electronic control cabinet with touch screen operation on the right-hand side.
Why Four Guide Bars
The four guide bars are engineered to increase pattern complexity and production capability. Compared with a two-bar layout, four guide bars support more intricate fabric structures, better stability and stretch control, a wider range of mesh, lace and technical fabrics, and fewer machine changeovers.
Core Knitting Elements
The knitting section combines an individual needle bar fitted with compound needles, a slider bar with 1/2 inch plate slider units, a sinker bar with compound sinker units, and two additional guide bars with precision guide units.
Warp Beam Support
The warp beam support system is built for reconfiguration across different yarn types and fabric designs. The standard configuration takes 4×812 mm (32 inch) free-standing warp beams, with an optional upgrade path to beam sizes up to 40 inch for wider or more technical production.
Fabric Take-Up System
An electronically controlled take-up system keeps fabric winding tension even. It combines a geared motor drive for stable speed control, four high-precision rollers that distribute tension evenly, and real-time tension monitoring that adjusts automatically based on fabric feedback.
In-Line Quality Control
An integrated Laserstop system works together with a fabric inspection camera to catch defects during production rather than after it, reducing material waste and rework.
Recommended Operating Conditions
The machine is designed to run at a room temperature of 25 degrees C with a tolerance of plus or minus 6 degrees C, and humidity around 65 percent with a tolerance of plus or minus 10 percent. The supporting floor should bear a load of 2000 to 4000 kilograms per square meter.
- TECHNICAL DATA
- TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
-
Bars / Knitting Elements: The machine boasts an individual needle bar with compound needles, a slider bar with plate slider units (½”), and a sinker bar with compound sinker units. Two guide bars, each with guide units, ensure high-quality, efficient fabric production.
-
Warp Beam Support: Designed for flexibility, it supports multiple warp beam configurations, including 4 × 812 (32″) free-standing, and options for varying sizes (up to 40″).
-
Fabric Take-Up System: The electronically regulated fabric take-up is driven by a geared motor and includes four rollers for uniform tension control, ensuring consistent fabric quality.
-
Integrated Monitoring Systems: Equipped with integrated Laserstop and a camera for real-time fabric inspection, this ensures minimal waste and maximum quality.
-
Pattern Drive Options: The machine comes with an N-drive system featuring three pattern discs, plus an optional EL-drive for more advanced functionality. This setup allows guide bars to shog up to 50 mm, with the potential for an increased distance of up to 80 mm.
-
Electrical Equipment: The machine is powered by a speed-regulated drive, with a total connected load of 25 kVA. It operates on a 380V ±10% three-phase power supply and requires a three-phase four-core power cord.
-
Working Conditions & Specifications: The machine operates optimally at a temperature range of 25℃±6° and 65%±10% humidity. It requires floor pressure between 2000-4000 KG/㎡ and can be configured with working widths of 7366 mm, 8128 mm, and 8636 mm.
