Bars and Knitting Elements:

Weft-insertion system：:

• Yarn-laying carriage with 24 ends.

Operator Interface (GrandStar® Command System):

• Allows operators to configure, control, and adjust all electronic functionalities with ease.

Integrated Monitoring Systems:

• Integrated Camera: Enhances monitoring and ensures consistent fabric quality.

Yarn Let-off Device:

• Each warp beam position includes an electronically controlled yarn let-off drive for uniform tension and consistent thread feed.

Fabric Take-Up System:

• Electronically regulated, driven by a geared motor with four rollers for smooth and accurate fabric handling.

Batching Device:

• Separate floor-standing cloth rolling device for efficient fabric collection.

Pattern Drive:

• N-Drive: Equipped with three pattern discs and integrated tempi change gear.
• Optional EL-Drive: Includes three electronically controlled motors, enabling all guide bars to shog up to 50 mm (optional extended shog distance up to 80 mm).

 Electrical Equipment:

• Speed-regulated drive with a total connected load of 25 kVA.
• Power requirements: 380V ±10% three-phase power supply, with robust wiring specifications.

Oil Supply:

• Oil/water heat exchanger for efficient temperature control and machine longevity.
